How to Enable Cookies

Excel Desktop:

If you are using the Desktop Excel application please follow the Edge Browser Guid.

Desktop Excel uses Edge behind the scenes the run add-ins.


Excel Online:

Please follow the guide for whichever browser you are currently using to access Excel Online.

  


Browsers:

Here's how to enable cookies if your browser is blocking them:


Edge 

In the Edge window, do one of the following:


•    In the browser address box, enter edge://settings/content/cookies


OR


1.    Select More (...) > Settings

2.    Select Cookies and Site Permissions

3.    Select Manage and delete cookies and site data

4.    Disable Block third-party cookies



Chrome

In the Chrome window, do one of the following:


  • In the browser address box, enter chrome://settings/cookies


OR


1.    Select More (...) > Settings

2.    Select Privacy and security

3.    Select Cookies and other site data

4.    Select one of:

  • Allow all cookies
  • Block third-party cookies in Incognito



Mozilla Firefox

In the Firefox window, do one of the following:


  • In the browser address box, enter about:preferences#privacy


OR


1.    Select More () > Settings

2.    Select Privacy & Security

3.    Select one of:

  • Standard
  • Strict



Safari

In the Safari window:


1.    On your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

2.    Under Cookies and website data, select Always allow.

3.    Select Close and refresh the browser.
