What do I do when there are multiple versions of data in a field across duplicates that I want to keep?
When you match and promote on a record you may want to keep the content of a field if different to the master record.
The solution has transpose rule behaviour whereby a group rule will take the user defined order of attributes as the primary, secondary, etc. Looking at the example below, Telephone1 is primary, Telephone2 is secondary and so on.

Troubleshooting
Why isn't DQ for Dynamics responding or loading?
Why does the App say 'Connection failed'?
Your App Registration has expired - You will need to generate a new Client Secret for the App. Instructions on how to do this can be found here in steps 7-9.
I have installed my PCF controls, but why are they not working? (see answer above)
What does this Session and Group Listing error message mean?
If you have run a session and an error message is showing in your group listings, read more as to what the message means here.
Why are fields not being Auto Filled?
For fields to be auto-filled, you need to have the added Auto Fill Rules in the Display & Auto Fill Settings. You can find out how to do this here.
In my Group Review, it says that there are 8 Contacts but it is only showing 4. Why?
The review screen only shows 4 panes (the master record and three duplicates). To view the remaining in the group, you use these arrow bars to move right and left through the duplicates to review.

Why is my Group Review showing a message of Deadlock?
This can happen when trying to Auto Promote or Auto Fill.
Auto Promote - It means that the process failed due to a system deadlock i.e. records Created On dates are exactly the same (multiple processes trying to update the same records simultaneously);
Auto Fill - the process could not complete because the record was locked by another process or user.
You can learn more about different review statuses here.
