Suppressed Records

Finding your Record

You can access your 'Supressed Records' and remove any records that you have previously declared unique by accessing the 'Suppressed Groups' view on the DQ for Dynamics Home screen. See below:

From this screen you will now be able to filter the records by Entity:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead

Now you have narrowed it down by Entity you can use the Search Option to find the record you are looking for:


Un-suppressing a record

Once you have found your 'Suppressed record' you can un-suppress it by clicking the red 'Duplicate' check button on the record.

This will open the following dialog box, where you will be able to review whether or not you would like to mark the record as a duplicate.
