You can navigate to the ‘Session Detail’ screen by clicking on the match session name link within the Home Screen/Session Listing. This section displays detailed information about the session, see below:
The Session detail screen lets you see everything that was set within the 5-Step process upon creation of the session.
NOTE: You are not able to edit the User fields on the session details screen.
Session Detail
This section displays the following detailed statistical information for the session you have selected:
Session Name: Displays the name of the session. You will be taken to ‘Session Results/Group Listing screen’.
(Note - You will not be able to go to the ‘Groups Listing’ screen if the Match Process is running and not yet finished).
Session Status: Status will show the status of the session. There will be 5 different statuses for the session:
- Match Pending: When the session is created, but not yet started.
- Match in Progress: When the matching process is running for the session.
- Matched: When the matching process is completed for the session.
- Review in Progress: When a User has selected to review the groups from the session.
- Merged: When all the groups have been merged from the session.
Entity Type: Displays whether the session was either 'Single Entity' or 'Cross Entity'.
Session Type: Displays the session type.
Entity: Displays the 'Entity' (Contact, Account, Lead etc).
View Type: Displays the 'View type' selected at the time of session creation.
View Name: Displays the 'View Name' selected at the time of session creation. This section will be displayed only when 'View Type' is selected as either ‘Personal’ or ‘Systems’
Match Method: See whether the Match Method was Single Field or Cross Field.
Master Record Based On: See whether the Master Record was based on Sequential or Scoring.
Auto Fill Based On: See whether Auto Fill was based on Sequential or Scoring.
Include Inactive Records from Dataset: This option is only present for the Account and Contact Entity Sessions. If unselected, the inactive records from Accounts or Contacts have not been included in the Session. If selected, the inactive records from Accounts or Contacts have been fed into the match engine of the session.
Run Auto Promote Immediately After the Session is Matched: If selected, Auto Promote has ran immediately after the session was matched.
Match contacts at the same company only: If selected, contacts would have matched ONLY if they belong to the same company.
Auto Processes Status - Shows you a track record of the Auto processes which have or have not been performed for this session. See brief explanations below:
- Auto Promote All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Promote All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Fill All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Fill All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Promote & Fill All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Promote & Fill All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Exact & Merge All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Exact & Bulk/Sequential Merge All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Accept & Merge All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Accept & Merge All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Exact & Link All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Exact & Link All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
- Auto Accept & Link All: By default, the value is 'No'. If you confirm and apply Auto Accept & Link All rule at session level (for entire session) then the flag will be set as ‘Yes’ accordingly.
Records Matched
As soon as the Session was created, the ‘Records Matched’ section appears in the session detail section. Once the match process was started by the User, the following statistical information will appear and will be specific to the session Match Process:
Start Time: Display the date & time when the Match process started.
End Time: Display the date & time when the Match process ended.
Match Status: There are three different statuses used to describe the ‘Match’ process:
- Unprocessed: The ‘Match’ process not yet started for the session.
- In Progress: The ‘Match’ process is currently running for the session.
- Completed: The ‘Match’ process is completed.
Total Records Count: Displays the count of total records fed. When the match process is in progress, the count will increase as the match process proceeds.
Duplicate Masters: Displays the total count of groups found during the matching process. This count will appear only after the match process has completed.
Duplicate Secondaries: Displays the total count of duplicate records found (excluding masters).
Not Matched: Displays the total count of records which are not found to be duplicates (according to the match criteria).
Records Promoted
When you click on Auto Promote All / Auto Promote and Fill All (at session level) or Auto Promote and Promote (at group level), the ‘Records Promoted’ section appears in the 'Session Detail'. This displays the following statistical information about the Records Promoted:
Start Time: Displays the date & time when the process started.
End Time: Displays the date & time when the process ended.
Status: There are three different statuses used:
- Unprocessed: Process has not been started.
- In Progress: When the Auto Promote All/Auto Promote and Fill All process is currently running for the session.
- Completed: When the Auto Promote All/Auto Promote and Fill All process completed for the session.
Total Duplicate Records Count: Displays the total count of duplicate records (Duplicate Masters + Duplicate Secondaries).
Auto Promoted: Displays the total count of records that have the status 'Auto Promoted' (Including the processes from Session level and Group level).
Manually Promoted: Displays the total count of records that have been Manually Promoted on the Review Screen (i.e. at Group Level).
Not Promoted: Displays the total count of records that were not promoted. This count includes all the other duplicate records having a status other than ‘Auto Promoted’ and ‘Manual Promoted’.
Records Perfected
When you click on Auto Fill All / Auto Promote and Fill All (at session level) or Auto Fill / Manual Fill + Auto Accept and Merge (at group level), the ‘Records Perfected’ section appears in the Session Detail. This displays the following statistical information about the Records Perfected:
Start Time: Displays the date & time when the process started at Session Level.
End Time: Displays the date & time when the process ended at Session Level.
Status: There are three different statuses used:
- Unprocessed: Process has not been started.
- In Progress: When the Auto Fill All / Auto Promote & Fill All process is currently running for the session.
- Completed: When the Auto Fill All / Auto Promote & Fill All process completed for the session.
Total Duplicate Records Count: Displays the total count of duplicate records (Duplicate Masters + Duplicate Secondaries).
Auto Filled: Displays the total count of records that have the status 'Auto Filled'.
Manually Filled: Displays the total count of records that have been Manually Filled on the Review Screen (i.e. at group level).
Not Filled: Displays the total count of records that were not filled. This count includes all the other duplicate records that have a status other than ‘Auto Filled’ and ‘Manual Filled’.
Records Accepted
When you click on Session Level Processes such as Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All or Group Level Processes as Auto Exact and Merge/Accept and Merge, the ‘Records Accepted’ section appears in the Session Detail. This displays the following statistical information about the Records Accepted:
Start Time: Displays the date & time when the process starts at session level.
End Time: Displays the date & time when the process ended at session level.
Status: There are three different statuses:
- Unprocessed: Process has not been started.
- In Progress: When the Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All process is currently running for the session.
- Completed: When the Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge process completed for the session.
Total Duplicate Records Count: Displays the total count of duplicate records (Duplicate Masters + Duplicate Secondaries).

Start Time: Displays the date & time when the process started at session level.
End Time: Displays date & time when the process ended at session level.
Status: There are three different statuses used:
- Unprocessed: Process has not been started.
- In Progress: When the Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All process is currently running for the session.
- Completed: When the Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All process completed for the session.
Total Duplicate Accepted Records Count: Displays the total count of accepted records.
Manually Linked: Displays the total count of records that have been manually linked during the a review session.
Auto Linked: Displays the total count of records that have the status 'Auto Linked'.
Not Linked: Displays the count of records that were not linked.
Records Merged
When you click on Session Level Processes such as Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All or Group Level Processes as Auto Exact and Merge/Accept and Merge, the ‘Records Merged’ section appears in the Session Detail section. This displays the following statistical information about the Records Merged:
Start Time: Displays the date & time when the process started at session level.
End Time: Displays date & time when the process ended at session level.
Status: There are three different statuses used:

- In Progress: When the Auto Exact and Bulk Merge All/Auto Exact and Sequential Merge All/Auto Accept and Merge All process is currently running for the session.

Summary Statistics
As soon as the Session has been created, the ‘Summary Statistics’ section appears in the Session Detail section.
It display the following statistical information:
Number of Records Fed: Displays the number of total records fed.
Number of Duplicates: Displays the total number of duplicates (Duplicate Master + Duplicate Secondaries).
Number of Non Duplicates: Displays the total count of non-duplicate records present in the session.
Match Groups
All the settings applied while creating the session in Step 2 - ‘Set Attribute Groups’ are displayed below:
Note: ‘Set Attribute Groups’ section will appear as editable if session settings are saved but match is not yet run. ‘Set Attribute Groups’ section will appear in read only mode once the match has completed for the session.
Match Group Transforms
All the settings applied while creating the session in Step 3 - ‘Set Attribute Group Rules’ are displayed below:
Note: ‘Set Attribute Group Rules’ section will appear editable if session settings are saved but match is not run. ‘Set Attribute Group Rules’ section will appear in read only mode once match has been completed for the session.
Set Threshold
All the settings applied while creating the session in Step 4 - ‘Set Threshold’ are displayed below:
