DQ for Dynamics™ Cleanse - Install Guide

DQ for Dynamics™ Cleanse has been developed to provide continuous data cleansing for Dynamics 365 users with an easy-to-use bulk data cleansing tool. Removing the time-consuming task of ongoing CRM data cleansing.

You can bulk cleanse, validate, and verify your: email, phone, and address fields with easy-to-use power automate data cleansing workflows. Working right inside Dynamics 365 to make cleansing your CRM records a simple task, helping to increase user adoption and deliver trusted Customer Data.

This is a step-by-step user guide to help you download, install, and configure the latest DQ Cleanse solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Note: Please ensure you have the necessary permissions to access Customization within Dynamics 365 Advanced Settings.

2. Head over to the Power Apps Maker Portal

3. Select the Environment into which you will install the Cleanse Solutions.

4. Now that you are in your desired environment, swap to the Solutions tab, and click the Import Solution button.

5. This will open up the Solution Import Wizard, and prompt you to select a ZIP file (Which you downloaded during step 1).

Note: The DQ for Dynamics - Base must be installed first.

6. Once you have selected the ZIP file you will be taken through the install wizard

7. The Next step of the Install wizard is the Environment Variable config, all of this can be edited later, so just click Import.

8. You will now see a notification at the top letting you know the status of the import

Once this has turned green, you can repeat steps 5,6, and 7 for each of the Cleanse solutions.

9. If you now open the CRM you will now see that a new Model Driven app has been added.

From within this app you can edit all of the environment variables that you saw during the solution import on step 7

Once the Cleanse solutions have been installed, you don't have to do anything to use them; the Plugins will monitor changes to your data and process them in near real-time. Results will be written back into audit tables which can be accessed from the "DQ for Dynamics Cleanse Configuration" app you installed earlier.
